Tạo code menu cố định đầu trang và cuối trang

Đôi khi bạn muốn tạo 1 menu cố định đầu trang,làm cho blog của bạn trông đẹp mắt hơn,gọn hơn,tìm mà không thấy đã có ngay đây:Đầu tiên các bạn vào Thiết kế > Phần tử trang >javar/script các bạn copy hết đoạn code bên dưới rồi dán vào Javar/script là oke rùi.DEMO
